GENERAL REGULATION APPLICABLE TO THE CONTEST ORGANIZED BY CHRONOLINK SRL

the “TUDOR” brand

I. CONTEST ORGANIZER

The organizer of the contest “Where Time Meets Prestige” is Chronolink SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Calea 13 Septembrie no. 90, within the Grand Multifunctional Complex, Section 1, Room 7.04/7.05-7.06/7.07, 7th floor, district 5, registered with the Trade Register of the Bucharest Court of Law under no. J40/9265/2005, unique registration code 17615540. The contest will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation“), which are binding on all participants. The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the regulation, with the obligation to officially notify the public in the same manner as the initial notification was made.

II. LOCATION OF THE CONTEST

The contest “Where time meets prestige” takes place both physically, at the Tudor store located in Bucharest, Calea 13 Septembrie no. 90, within the Grand Multifunctional Complex, and online, on the website www.chronolink.ro.

The contest will run from October 15, 2025, to December 31, 2025, both in the physical store and online.

III. RIGHTS AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The contest is open to all individuals aged between 18 and 65, or legal entities domiciled or headquartered in Romania, regardless of nationality, race, gender, or religion.

To enter the contest, the aforementioned individuals must purchase a watch from the Tudor brand portfolio from a physical store or online during the contest period.

At the same time, in order to be entered into the competition, participants must give their consent for the processing of personal data, by completing the GDPR form with their contact details, provided by the organizer.

They must comply with the terms and conditions of this Regulation and follow the instructions contained herein in order to validate their participation.

Employees of the Organizer and other partner companies involved in this action, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the contest. Participation in this contest constitutes full acceptance, freely given and without any constraint of the provisions of these Regulations. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions set out in the Regulation. The right to participate in the contest is automatically canceled if a person provides false, erroneous, or inappropriate data or information when filling in their personal details.

IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The operator Chronolink SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Calea 13 Septembrie no. 90, within the Grand Multifunctional Complex, Section 1, Room 7.04/7.05-7.06/7.07, 7th floor, district 5, registered with the Trade Register of the Bucharest Court under no. J40/9265/2005, unique registration code 17615540, tudorwatch@chronolink.ro , will collect and store for a specified period, and will process the following personal data, directly or through authorized representatives, based on your consent: first name, last name, telephone number, email address. The company’s data is public according to the company’s privacy policy, available on its website, which you have agreed to.

In accordance with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (“The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679”), we are required to securely manage the personal data you provide to us based on this consent and only for the specified purposes.

Where necessary, we will outsource certain tasks to other companies, contributing to our services on our behalf, under data processing agreements. For example, we may provide personal data to advertising agencies, contractors, or authorized partners for hosting our databases, website, or social media accounts in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Once published in these media, the images may be taken and distributed by other users of the entities, not under the control of the operator, according to their terms and conditions, without the operator having any control over the dissemination of that information and having no responsibility to inform (or inform themselves) in this regard.

We will share or allow access to such information ONLY to external service providers as necessary to provide our services. This information may not be used by external service providers for any other purposes and they are contractually obligated to respect the confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to them.

All transfers of personal data to third parties will be made with your prior notification and, where applicable, with your consent. Any transfers of personal data to countries other than those for which an adequacy decision has been made by the European Commission with regard to the level of data protection, as set out at http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/adequacy/index_en.htm, will be based on contractual agreements using standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.

You have the right to access and modify your data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to seek legal redress. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request that it be deleted.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania, you can lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, located at Bdul G-ral. You have the right to seek legal redress for any violation of your rights guaranteed by law.

The right to intervene on data applies to:

• rectification, updating, blocking, or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
• transforming data whose processing is not in accordance with the law into anonymous data;
• notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, unless such notification proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort in relation to the legitimate interest that could be harmed.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time at the above addresses. Any processing of your personal data will cease upon withdrawal of consent, without affecting any processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

V. MECHANISM FOR CONDUCTING THE CONTEST

Any natural or legal person who meets the conditions for participation and complies with the provisions of these Regulations will be entered in the contest.

These Regulations will be available on the website www.chronolink.ro.

VI. THE PRIZE AND HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED

The campaign, which will run from October 15, 2025, to December 31, 2025, offers Tudor customers the chance to win a visit to the Tudor booth at the Watches and Wonders fair in Geneva, which will take place in April 2026.

The winner will be drawn at the Tudor Boutique on January 5, 2026, in the presence of Chronolink representatives, and the event will be filmed.

The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to confirm or decline the prize.

If, for objective reasons, the winner cannot benefit from the prize, the organizer Chronolink SRL will repeat the draw up to four times.

The prize offered by Chronolink consists of round-trip airline tickets from Bucharest to Geneva for the winner and a companion, if the winner so desires, accommodation, access to the Watches and Wonders event, and a gala dinner.

All details will be determined later between the organizer and the designated winner.

VII. REGULATIONS OF THE CONTEST

These Regulations are available free of charge on the company’s website, www.chronolink.ro.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to comply with this Regulation, which is equivalent to agreeing to its provisions. Any changes to this Regulation will be communicated to participants by publishing the changes on the website www.chronolink.ro.

VIII. RELATED TAXES AND DUTIES

The Organizer undertakes to calculate, withhold at source, and transfer the tax due for the Prizes awarded to the winning Participants in the Contest.

IX. LITIGATIONS

In the event of any litigation between Chronolink SRL and any of the participants in this contest, such litigation shall be settled amicably. In the event that the parties fail to settle the litigation amicably, they shall refer the matter to the competent courts at the registered office of Chronolink SRL.
